Dr. Mohamed Ali is the founder and CEO of Implants Pro Center© in San Francisco, USA. Dr. Ali has obtained his doctoral dental degrees from the Aleppo School of Dentistry and the Loma Linda School of Dentistry. He previously held teaching positions at Loma Linda University, where he served as a medical staff. Dr. Ali has completed on average 100 full arch cases each year and has placed over 10,000 implants. With his experience, he is known as one of the best clinicians in the San Francisco area. 

We recently conducted a PIC pro training at Dr. Ali’s practice. Dr. Ali and his team were looking for a system to help with their digital workflow when completing full arch cases. Within his practice, his approach is minimally invasive in nature, based in science, and proven to give predictable and reliable results. Dr. Ali’s values having the best in quality products to ensure that he is able to perform precise implant restorations.

This led him to make the transformation from conventional impressions to digital impressions with his investment into the PIC system and the PIC pro workflow. During the three-day, on-site training, the Implants Pro Center team had the opportunity to meet with a variety of different patients as well as learn how to use the PIC system in surgery scenarios for immediate loading, where a capture is taken open flap before suturing, such as an All-On-6 upper arch completed during the training.

When the time came for screwing the prosthesis that was just produced in their in-house dental lab, Dr. Ali experienced a 100% passive fit with a very high-quality bridge. After the process, he told us: “Everything was just perfect. I cannot believe how precise and how nice [was] that impression we got with the PIC [system].”
