PIC dental Distributor Summit 2023 in Madrid, Spain

PIC dental held its first Distributor Summit in Madrid. The event was organized to support the work of PIC dental's worldwide distribution network.

This month, PIC dental hosted its first Distributor Summit in Madrid, Spain. The 3-day event was organized to support the work of PIC dental’s worldwide distribution network, with 10 international distributors that contribute to the implementation of our products in new markets.

The immersive agenda was packed with exclusive presentations and hands-on sessions directly from the clinical, sales and marketing teams at PIC dental. Participating distributors benefitted from extensive face-to-face time with the PIC dental team and other distributors from around the world to get practical knowledge and advice to support their daily work.

The summit offered the opportunity to boost the distributors’ knowledge on everything from conducting productive PIC pro trainings to the intricacies of the new PIC system form factors and the latest PIC suite software. The presentations, including deep dives on R&D, sales and marketing, were made to empower participants with a well-rounded skill set and up-to-date knowledge to excel in their roles within the PIC dental community.

The distributors also attended our course on FP1 prostheses and immediate loading with PIC pro, featuring Prof. Alessandro Pozzi and Dr. Ramón Gómez Meda. The course included participants from over 15 different countries that had the opportunity to learn directly from our guest speakers and get a hands-on demonstration of an immediate loading digital workflow for a full arch patient with a 3D printed transitional prosthesis.

In between of all the work, the distributors also enjoyed authentic Spanish cuisine and got a taste of Spanish culture with a traditional flamenco show!

The Distributor Summit marked a significant milestone in fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among our global network of distributors. As distributors return to their countries with their new knowledge and skills, the teamwork from this summit is set to improve the worldwide quality of service and support for PIC dental solutions.
