We recently completed a PIC pro training with Dr. Miguel Beltrán in Benifaió (Valencia), Spain. Dr. Beltrán is the founder of Clínica Beltrán, where they specialize in integrated dentistry, prosthodontics and implantology. Besides his dental practice, Dr. Beltrán is also the head of the Dentistry and Orthodontics Service at Hospital Quirón Valencia. Dr. Beltrán has over 25 years of experience and has published 12 articles covering topics in the dental aesthetics and implantology fields.

At Clínica Beltrán, Dr. Beltrán and his team put strong emphasis on digital dentistry and innovation. Their goal as a clinic is to achieve the highest quality in their treatments through simple solutions for their patients. When they were looking to transform their digital workflow, they ran into obstacles when it came to implant-supported rehabilitation treatment. They spent years looking for a solution that would provide them with a fully digital and reliable workflow until they came across PIC dental.

Clínica Beltrán is specifically focused on incorporating a digital workflow to elevate the experience for the clinicians and the patients. They are constantly looking for new protocols that will improve this experience. That is why the PIC pro workflow’s approach to integrate the PIC system was the perfect match. As Dr. Beltrán told us, “I must confess that the incorporation of the PIC system has revolutionized our workflow in implant-supported restorations. Not only have we reduced our clinical protocol to three clinical steps, but we don't have to worry about passive fit at all: the protocol guarantees it. And we can plan each clinical appointment with an exact time, knowing that we won't have any surprises as each try-in or prosthesis will fit well.”

After completing the PIC pro training and incorporating the PIC system into their digital workflow, Dr. Beltrán and his team have noticed “a notable reduction of effective working time both in the clinic and in the laboratory. This allows us to achieve high-quality solutions while reducing costs. And we can pass this reduction on to our patients, making it possible for a greater number of them to have access to a type of prosthesis that will make their lives much more pleasant!”
